"Not very observant of requests made on the scene description and background request. I compromised with a couple requests, and for the others after a few revisions (in which the first one they told me theyd charge me extra for items Id already asked for) the product is OK. I was not charged extra because I made it a point what I requested was already mentioned in my original information. The two customer service reps (Alicia and Hannah) were very helpful. "
