"I love the outcome but I was supposed to have this done by January 29th - Feb 1st and no one reached out to me. I had to follow up multiple times to get this. I wasn't offered any kind of accommodation like a % back or anything. Macy was nice but again, what I was told about when I would have this - Monday or Tuesday and we are at Thursday, the 13th of February. I was testing the service to be able to use them for more caricatures in the future. "
