GiveAcaricature Response: The $99 price on our website reflects 1-2 large props and 2-3 small props. This customer’s order included well over a dozen small props and an extensive amount of detail in the artwork, which resulted in our artist having to spend more time on this order, than on our typical orders. We communicated this to the customer and received their approval for the additional cost, prior to starting work. We feel that the artist created an accurate interpretation of the customer’s sketch. The customer was given ample opportunity to communicate instructions to the artist and submit revisions if they felt that items in their original sketch were not depicted in the final artwork.
