"Ordering was easy and website and process are set up well. First proof did not include things that were in the order but were corrected quickly. Showed zero creativity (bare minimum of what I suggested) but I guess I was expecting too much. Image still looks nothing like the people in the photos I submitted (everyone I have showed has agreed with me, sadly) so I wont be able to give as a gift as I had hoped. Great idea and I was very excited, but in this case a total waste of a lot of money. Images on site looked really good, so probably just luck of the draw, no pun intended. Have been at events where artists drew caricatures in 5 minutes that were much better. Im very sad, but live and learn, I guess. "
