"Your art work is very good, however your business processes leave a lot to be desired. You ask for payment in advance yet you do not indicate payment received; to place dates on turn around points (approval of photos, proofs, etc.), you place to much blame on the customer rather than improving portions of your processes. It would be very difficult to recommend Give a Caricature to a friend. Many of my guests will view this caricature and ask where can they get one however they would be disappointed with the service provided. "
