GiveAcaricature Response: The customer made multiple changes to the order before the artist was able to begin working which caused a two day delay in the preview being sent.
" I appreciate all the work you have done to try and make the caricature just right. However I must say that I am not 100% satisfied. I am at a loss as to what to do since I cannot get a complete refund. I understand how challenging it can be to look at photos and draw a picture from just that. I know this individual and all her mannerisms and quirks, so it may be that I am being too critical. But I just wanted to say I do appreciate the efforts. "
