" I am a repeat customer and use this as a gift to my out-going Board Chair - I can say this is the first year that I have been less than satisified. It the past i have always felt I was given exactly what i had asked for and after two attempts to make corrections, I still am not extremely esstatic - I am settlely for less than what I expected. Don't get be wrong - It is still good, just not what I had wanted - Even after the phone call with Katie - I dont see the change we talked about. "
