" Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the process. The picture was reasonably good. Not outstanding. I have seen just as good or better at amusement parks for a fraction of the cost. The timeline is extremely long. I placed my order on 11/22 and just got my proof on 12/12 which caused me to request expedited shipping which was extremely high priced considering the actual cost. When I received my order one of the 8x 10 copies was missing. I am not sure how to communicate and complain about the missing picture so I just gave up. I did not think the final product was of value for the price. I had to pay an additional $30.00 for a basic picture. I will agree that the idea is great and a very popular well received gift. The picture was a great success at the retirement event. I am a banking profesional and we have many opportunities to use this venue as a gift however I am not comfortable using or recommending your company in the future. Armand Antonian "

GiveAcaricature Response: Because of the extent of additional details included your scene description, there was a small additional fee as well as a delay in your artwork. After we discussed the charges and timeline with you chose to continue with additional details. Our records indicate that the 2nd print was sent to you, however had you contacted us by email (as you had done several times in the past) or called the phone number on the website we would have sent another print immediately.
