"I am pleased with the caricature. I didn't mind paying the extra $30 for the ""extra"" details, but I think this extra cost should be upfront and/or disclosed before submittion of the the description to the artists/company. Something like this may deter other costumers, it almost deterred me from going through with the artwork. However, I would still recommend your website/services to family and friends. "
