"I have used your company for several retirements and for those leaving our company for the past several years and this is the first time that I have been really disappointed when I was sent the proof the first time. When I placed my order, I uploaded my pictures and a layout of how I would like it to look as I always do to help you and it wasnt followed. I dont know if someone new was working on this for me but I requested changes to be made that were your fault, not mine. Many things on the caricature were not proportional or not even in the picture. The subjects hands looked terrible and there were no colors in the bike. The second proof after these changes had been made looked much better so I approved it but the red Miata was still missing from the picture. I just dont have time to wait any longer. "
