"Positive: The proof is such an amazing likeness, and pulled at my heart strings. Super happy and pleased with this artist's work. The proof was delayed and the post order communication was prompt, and efficient. I liked the responsiveness (anxious to get proof to print and frame in time for xmas so was extremely frustrated for the delay). My advice to you, a prospective client, is cushion the order. If proof needed in a week, pad for three. If can, call and see as to timeline. They were really responsive and I feel calling could be good. Happy with the art I see thus far and would recommend, in spite of delay. Negative: The proof was 17 days later than promised. As of this review I am just approving proof and haven't received print for printing yet."
