"We were pretty excited to get this for our co-workers retirement celebration today, but unfortunately we didnt even get our 1st (and only) revision proof until just now (6:15 on Friday night). After paying for rush delivery, it took 3 business days (verses 1, as stated). I called and left 2 voicemails today, as well as sent 2 emails this week requesting a status update (as I knew I had a deadline for my company today at 2pm)...I never received a return phone call/email, which was disappointing. As far as the artwork, it was nice... Im not super impressed, and I kind of think the bare minimum was done (maybe to try and get extra money for multiple revisions?) I felt like I was very descriptive up front with my requests and uploaded a lot of photos for reference. (ie. I uploaded a GMC terrain, but received a truck in the proof. I asked that her signs be falling out of her bag and her hands full; printer paper overflowing...yet, you could barely even see the signs and like I said...it was just "minimal". I really dont like giving bad reviews, and Im sorry...but I hope that this helps in some way or another. Its my honest feedback, and something we were really looking forward to receiving today- but it fell short. "
