"This is our sixth year ordering for a special occasion. The artists have always done an amazing job making the caricature exactly as we want. Any minor revisions are made quickly and the most recent one was perfect as submitted -- no revision needed at all."
"This is our third caricature- overall very happy with the results. Process sometimes a bit frustrating when making adjustments. We request a minor change, then takes 3 days for revision, then it comes back different than what we asked for and it takes another revision and another 3 days ...alot of back and forth that could be eliminated if the original request would have been incorporated into first proof.....but we are happy with overall end product."
