"Overall experience was satisfactory. The cost is quite a bit for what you get. Any additional art work or ideas adds on $40. After paying $180, I was a bit hesitant to pay more for a caricature. I did not receive 3-4 of the initial emails because they went directly to SPAM. GiveAcaricature should let customers know upfront that emails may go to SPAM. My due dates were missed until someone finally called and informed me that theyd been trying to email and advised me to check my SPAM folder. Once I received the artwork I was a bit underwhelmed, especially given the price. Two day turnaround time for updates was missed. Shipping and handling still pending. Overall, I think think the recipient will enjoy it. But not sure Ill be a return customer. Well see. "
