"The caricature came out really amazing and it will be a great gift and memory for our Baseball coaches. The artists were more than helpful and patient, as we had to change our picture quite a few times! The customer service reps were terrific as well, they thoroughly answered all questions that I had and always responded quickly, whether it was a phone call or email.
