We absolutely thrive on happy customers! Not only do we get a kick out of bringing your ideas to life, we are a small company with dedicated customer service people who pride themselves on getting you what you want when you want it.
"This was the worst experience that I could have imagined. Terrible customer service. I have no idea how you can say you pride yourselves on customer satisfaction. First, I asked for a forest to be drawn and the artist drew yellow trees. If they didnt know what kind of forest they should have asked me. Instead I had to pay $35 dollars more to have the forest redrawn. Then the artist takes out elements that I did not ask to be taken out, twice, and causes a 5 day delay! I placed my order on November 26th for a Christmas gift and now, even though, I approved the final draft on December 15, my caricature will not be arriving until after Christmas. I spent over $200 and I am astonished that this is way customers are treated. I am beyond disappointed. "
