"I thought the process of ordering and submitting revisions, etc worked well. Customer service was great, very kind and helpful. I do wish there was a way to get a better idea of the total cost upfront. For example, I would have liked the cost of those caricatures that are in the gallery to be posted with the samples so customers could get an idea of the cost for the amount of props they want. I LOVE the caricature. It looks JUST LIKE my friend! Its amazing to me since the artist has never seen her in person!"
