"This process was way more complicated than I originally imagined. Word of advice: BE SPECIFIC and ORDER EARLY. Upload pictures of what you want things to look like, including the background. I thought by stating my general ideas, the artist would have a little more artistic freedom. I ended up having to have revisions which ultimately cost more money and time. Despite ordering it a month ahead of the event, with the multiple revisions (some which were not my fault) it did not arrive in time. The end result was OK. Honestly, I think I am a still a little sour from the entire experience. I will say that Hannahs customer service was great. She did everything possible to try and make this experience better. "
