The ordering process was easy, the uploads went smoothly and the artist went to extra effort beyond what was submitted to customize the caricature without asking! I made a small change after the initial proof and the new proof was ready the next morning! I had a couple questions and spoke with customer service twice and they answered promptly and helpfully. The actual product is not here yet, but given their professionalism and assuming it looks as great as the proof, I would fully recommend this business without hesitation!"
