"BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! BEST GIFT EVER !! Thank you for such a fantastic personalized graduation gift for my niece!! I had the best experience starting with my initial questions with Alicia and Hannah in the office. They both were personable, friendly, informative and extremely patient! My niece just completed two bachelor degrees combined with an international move. I had loads of for-her-significant details that I wanted to include. After paying a bit more for additional special detail work (well worth it), Hannah help convey my (many) questions, comments and ideas to Eric, the artist. Hannah was always available and responded quickly to any issues and concerns via email and/or telephone. Eric did an AMAZING job!! He understood my ideas, combined them with his expertise and transformed them all into the artwork perfectly. The turn-around for revisions was always quick and efficient. And this was all done as a "Rush" job. My niece really loved the final piece and enjoyed finding all of the very meaningful details and symbol s. Thanks again!! "
