"Artwork is great after the revisions. The first proof sent was very different from what I described but every successive one got better and better and the final proof is beautiful and for the most part exactly what I wanted. I was very detailed in my original description so I wish the artist had actually (and throughly) read what I detailed instead of me having to submit a revision that was almost exactly the same as what I had originally describe and asking the artist actually read it. In addition I ordered a different caricature for my mother (20746), where I had a horrible experience which ultimately brought the rating for this artwork down. Final product deserves 4 stars. I really like it and think it will make a great gift. I was a repeat customer and would probably have been again but unfortunately the other order was just too awful of an experience to justify me ordering again. "

"They didnt put item into photo that was requested. This caused a delay that I would have expected them to handle quicker. I requested hair to be slightly whiter, but they didnt adjust the eye brows to match. I didnt specify exactly, but now I am out of time to make any changes."
