"Very happy with the preview and looking forward to receiving the final product. Only one complaint: based on the info in the "timing" section, I expected the process to move quicker than it has. Preview due date was postponed once, then the revised date was not met. Fortunately, we ordered well in advance of the required date, but I would recommend people build in more time than the timing section indicates. If we had needed to make revisions, we would have been cutting it close."
"The artist did a great job, following my general vision. He was very good at adding the extras I wanted in his own way which went well with the overall picture.
