"I have ordered several caricatures from you and the last 2 caricatures that I received to approve were not approved and sent back due to the artist not creating it as I had originally requested so this takes more time to get it back after changes are taken place instead of them doing what I asked from the beginning. When I place my orders, I include a Power Point slide design (and download the pictures) of how I want it to look to make it as easy as possible for the artist to see the layout. I think the artists do a great job but I have been disappointed in the last 2 and hope that future orders arent delayed due to changes having to be made. If changes are made due to my fault, I am more than willing to pay the extra charge for that. But if changes are needed because the artist mistakes, its really frustrating. "
