"We have used you before because, overall, you do great work! For some reason, this time we just couldnt connect on all points. When changing the coach into shorts, we made the assumption he would have tennis shoes on, and for character we might see hairy legs, with knobby knees. The picture supplied did have the tennis shoes on him. Then our train conductor never did get quite right. His eyes just dont fit and on the revision we asked for train cars to replace one of the engine cars (because you had 2 originally) instead, you gave us another engine of a different type. As I said, although we are a little disappointed this time, 2 of the 3 subjects are identical to their picture. You really do amazing work!"
