"The artwork was excellent. The frame I ordered was supposed to be mahogany wood. The frame was not only damaged, but it was particle board with wood looking tape on it. I had also requested to not have the signable mat. I got the signable mat. I had to take the picture to a local art store to have a real wooden frame put on it and glass instead of Plexiglas. I do believe I am due a refund for the damaged frame. Why would you frame such a nice piece of art in such a cheap frame? Thank you, Marilynn"
