GiveAcaricature Response: Hi Sandra – Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It is important to give us specific instructions if you have a specific vision in mind. (Of course, if you want to keep it vague and have the artist run with it, we can do that too! Just keep in mind that if you go this route, changes may be subject to additional charges.) Revisions that are time-consuming and weren’t specified in/deviate from your original description do add cost and time to the order (you can see more about our Revision Policy in our FAQs). Additionally, Eric – our artist – isn’t available by phone (we keep him busy drawing all day!), but you’re always welcome to give the office a call to get in touch with those that work closely with him.
