"The work was amazing the only downfall was the customer service. I had to pay additional costs and had to revise quite a few times to get what I originally asked for. BUT in the end the work turned out to be exactly perfect and I will use this company again. The work is too great to not go through them!! I would also recommend them to others. "

As noted on our website, extra detail does incur additional cost (normal level of detail is 1 large prop, up to 3 small props), which we contacted you about prior to starting work. At that point, you’re able to either approve the additional charges, or revise your scene description to fit the normal level of detail. Additionally, while you technically submitted 3 revisions, they were all submitted within about 2 hours, so we revised it all in one go and you approved the 2nd proof you received (the artist even waived any revision cost, despite you requesting some details that weren’t originally specified). We’re thrilled to hear that you like your final caricature, but in order to avoid additional cost/revisions in the future, you’ll want to keep an eye on your level of detail and make sure to be specific and concise in your scene description.
