"Staff people notified me that, my first photos I sent were not of good quality! Therefore I made phone calls, to the numbers given, to hopefully get more information. The people/person I talked to, each time I called, was very polite and professional. With the new information, I was able to submit the necessary pictures and the artist was able to complete the caricature as I had ask!! Thank you! :) "
