"While I finally approved the work, I am not excited to use it as my logo. It became clear through the process that the artist is used to working literally from a photograph and not freestyle. I believe it would be advisable with businesses for the artist to speak to the client on the phone to gain a better insight to what they are looking for. For me, working via internet did not get me the product I was hoping for."
