"Everything was great, except the size. I ordered an 11x14 print and an 8x11 digital and purchased the same size frames for both. Neither print would fit in the frame because both images had a white border around the image that wasnt accounted for in the size. Although I appreciate that the image itself was 11x14 and 8x11, I wished I had know about the border so I could have purchased an appropriately sized frame."

06/16/2013GiveAcaricature Response: The digital image that was sent to the customer was an 11x14 (an 8x10 was not requested and we do not typically offer 8x11) so this may be why it printed strangely for them if they attempted to print it on an 8x11 paper. The 11x14 print we sent does have a small white border around it as it makes it easier to attach to a mat when it is framed, but the white border is easily trimmed. Our customers are always welcome to give us a call if there are any questions regarding sizing!
