"I am very happy with the final product of the art! I did have a poor experience with the ordering, however. I had given the wrong credit card and called immediately to change it. I was assured that I had not been charged yet, and I could give my correct number. I was very upset to find that my husbands credit card was in fact charged, as well as mine. Although his charge was canceled, there were a few days where the money had been taken out of his account and mine was charged as well. I was also disappointed that my husband now knows how much I spend on his gift...just something I wanted to keep to myself. Otherwise, I am still happy with our final product, and hopefully the framed piece will look just as great."

10/15/2012GiveAcaricature Response: We're sorry you feel less than totally satisfied with the order process. We've reviewed the order history, and it appears like you placed your order on a Wed. evening after hours, and that same evening you left a voice message to not charge the card. Thursday morning your card was charged after the order was reviewed, but before we listened to our voice mail. As soon as we heard your message, we voided the charge (5 min after the orig card was charged). The charge should never appear on your husband's credit card statement. As a result of your comment, we checked with our credit card processor and they explained that even though your husband's credit card was never actually charged, there may still be a temporary hold on the original amount that was authorized. This hold disappears after a few days. Although this doesn't help your situation, we have communicated this within our organization so that our customer service team can answer this question correctly in the future.
