Between our website and our Customer Support Specialists, we feel that we do provide ample opportunity for your vision of the artwork to be conveyed. Our Customer Support Specialist, Katie spoke with you on the phone prior to your placing your order and let you know that you had a lot of detail that would likely result in additional charges. She then worked with you back and forth to develop a new idea to minimize costs, which we did. It is also important to note that we did not start your artwork until you until you agreed to the price and description. The final scene drawn was completely different than the original scene you provided at the time of your order.
