"I am satisfied with the final product. However, you did not meet the timeline listed on your website so the gift did not get presented at the celebration for the recipient which is a significant frustration. This is the first time I used your service. I did not know what I was doing. I wish I had better guidance up front either via instructions or the ability to talk to a customer rep. I think the outcome would perhaps been better. Specifically, I was not sure how the photos were to be used. Were they for ideas for the artist or to be put in the final product? The answer is both. I realize that now. I really did not know what to tell the artist. Now I think I have a better idea. "
