"I have used this service 3 different times for someone's special occasion. Whether it was a retirement or a wedding, the last two times, I was very happy with my portraits. This time, I am not happy with the portrait. My subject has light blonde grayish hair. When I first received the proof, he had dark brown hair. Then I asked for a revision of the hair color and because it was dark hair to start with, to airbrush it a lighter shade, just made it a shade lighter then the dark brown. I submitted my request on May 17th and twice I had to ask when I would receive the proof. I finally just approved my portrait, and only because it has taken so long to receive it that I missed the occasion that I wanted the portrait to begin with."
