"The first draft I received did not look like my friend at all, and there were some objects in the picture that were not correct. It took quite a while to get the revisions made, but in the end I was very happy with the caricature. They offered me a partial refund for the delay, so I was impressed with that. Luckily, I didnt have a firm delivery date, or I would have been very disappointed. "
"I like the finished product, but it took too long to get to this point. The artist did not pay close attention to the original instructions I provided, and also did not pay close attention to the additional instructions I provided thereafter. Attention to detail is critical!"
