"I want to thank you for your professionalism and excellent service. what put a damper on it is that the UPS delivery person thought it was ok to throw the package at our door and damaged the frame. trying to go through UPS for compensation is not worth the time. Based on the above I would suggest two things: -reconsider using UPS as a courier. There are other options out there. Never had this happen with Fedex or Purolator. -consider using bubble wrap to protect all the good work that you do when you package the finished product. Thank you. Alan Waner."
