"I was disappointed with the output of the first image that was sent to me electronically, as it appeared somewhat pixilated. This one, although better than the first also has some pixilation, which I believe has to do with the resolution. It would have been better to have smooth lines than not, but our deadline will not permit fixing this; so I guess well share the fault. But I wouyld reccomend outputting at higher resolution for the final image then you presently do. Other than that, service was good."

GiveAcaricature Response: Our digital files that we send out are the exact same files that we print from if prints are ordered. The resolution is more than suitable for printing, however if you try to change dimensions (make it larger than was ordered, skew the aspect ratio, etc) this may cause pixilation.
