"Took a few revisions, but final revision looks awesome! I like the ease of using the website to enter your order and upload photos. My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow the customer to talk directly to the artist. Luckily I had plenty of time, but being able to communicate directly would help to give the artist a better visualization of what the customer wants and avoid multiple revisions due to either inadequate instructions from the customer or incorrect interpretations from the artist. Just my 2 cents. Thanks again for a wonderful rendition!"
