" This was my first experience and I've learned alot. I was disappointed the proof wasn't available within the 7 +/- days the website indicated it normally would be. I indicated I needed by June 22, a week earlier than I actually needed hoping if something came up I would still have by June 28th. I did receive digital today June 26th. I was also disappointed that when I spoke with the office on Friday, June 22nd I wasn't told the only artist would be out of the office from June 23-28. I only found this out when the proof was sent late Friday. I was grateful the staff was able to correct the pants to shorts and change the shirt color. This was an improvement but still the helicopters appear as they're attacking the subject but apparently that couldn't be done. Had I known I needed to start 6-8 weeks in advance this would have resulted in better impression. I'm sorry to say I don't think I would recommend the company to others. "

Our website states that 7 business days is only estimate, and you will be given your actual preview date at the time of your order. We worked with the customer to do everything possible to make sure this was received on time.
