" The caricature is excellent.....just one thing, my initial date for preview was 7/10/12, this was paying and extra 50 dollars for rush. I also paid to expedite delivery, since I have a deadline. My first preview was ready 7/4/2012. Had this date been given initially, I would have saved 83 dollars. I believe I should be given a refund of 50 dollars. "

Our system automatically schedules preview dates based on a first come, first served basis. This means that if someone who placed an order prior to you needs to be rescheduled for any reason, your order will get done quicker! Because you have paid rush fees your order was given priority over those that did not, and for that reason we are unable to refund your rush fees.

" We hired another artist to create our picture of a group of friends that ride Harleys every summer together. We were not pleased at all with the outcome. This artist created a wonderful birthday present for us. He made all the revisions that we asked for with no hassles. This is a great gift for someone that has everything. "
