" Hi, I generally never complaign and really don't want to regarding my order, but just a little feedback as requested. We did get an email regarding the picture quality of the first 2 pictures I submitted, but after receiving that I submitted 2 more very close up shots and the second attempt still really does not look anything like her..which is a little disappointing considering all the great ones on the website that look identical to the intended character. Unfortunately, we're working on a deadline and needed to go ahead and get it here for the event, so I had to approve something that I really didn't care for and I've spent over 200.00 to have it rushed and shipped in time to get it here... Sorry for the negative comments, but just really disappointed and was hoping more of a likeness in the character. "

02/17/2012GiveAcaricature Response: We hate for anyone to be unhappy with the likeness, and our artists are happy to work with our customers to make changes, however this customer only requested a slight hair and eye color change, and did not let us know that she was unhappy.

25TH ANNIVERSARY
" We are looking forward on receiving the original in the mail. The electronic version we have seen looks FANTASTIC!!!! The artist has captured the caricature of our son Jared perfectly. It looks just like him. Currently he has shorter hair but personally I like his hair style as shown in the caricature as his hair was a few years ago. The likeness was right on correct. He will graduate April 13, 2012 we are planning a celebration party for him that weekend. Thanks so much for a really nice pictu"
