" After revisions were made, Dana seems more appropriate as a doctor. I had wished the opthalmascope had been in her right hand and larger as requested,compared to the pie. " Drawings are on point and can be incredibly personalized. Customer service incredible. Only suggestion is access to the artist at the early stages to be sure all requests are properly understood, this would reduce revisions. Otherwise, great experience. "
