"Art work was great.... 4 stars Timing was 1 star. I know it states estimate but it was well over the provided timing chart: Stated: Ordered APRIL 29th "ESTIMATED TIMING" It was promised that proof would be available: Wed, May 8 (didn't get proof til May 16th and that's after I called and emailed) Est Approval Date*: Thu, May 9 - Mon, May 13 Prep Time: 4 business day(s) Est Ship Date: Wed, May 15 - Fri, May 17 Ships From: Arizona It was not as promised on estimated timing of receiving the item. We missed giving this present to our coworker at her retirement party on May 20th. Item was ordered April 29th. May 16th needed revisions, which is to take 2-3 days. Just received May 22 for final approval. Submitted today, May 22nd. Probably won't get it until June now. It would have been nice for someone to have contacted me to let me know it was running behind the estimated time.
