"The artwork is great, the customer service is very much lacking. Unfortunately, we will not be using you in the future as your ability to respond truthfully is inconsistent. We were told more than once that the proof was complete and would be sent to us but it was not until over a week later and this happened at least twice and this was the second time we used this company yet having the same poor experience the first time we tried to give it another chance with the same poor service. It's a good thing the artwork turned out good. "
